Because of the nature of our products we're unable to warranty items that have been used.  Our warranty policy is to protect our customers from receiving defective merchandise that is dead on arrival.  Because tools can be misused (wrong tool for the job) and abused (purchasing light duty tools for heavy duty tasks)  we are not able to warranty used tools.  Please contact support@bulklotsales.com if you need an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.  Please note we do not accept any returns without an RMA number and we do not pay return freight charges.  All Items returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstance.

The purchaser agrees to hold harmless all incidental and/or consequential liability claims.  The purchaser agrees that tools can cause severe bodily injury including death and agrees to hold Discount Tool Warehouse dba www.bulklotsale.com harmless and free of any personal injury claims arising from the purchasing of hand or power tools.  The purchaser agrees that tools can cause great property damage and agrees to hold Discount Tool Warehouse dba www.bulklotsales.com harmless and free of any personal or commercial property damage claims.

 All our shipments are shipped insured by the carrier or 3rd party insurance and the Purchaser agrees to hold Discount Tool Warehouse dba www.bulklotsales.com harmless and free of any incidental or consequential freight missing or damage claims and agrees to work with the carrier and/or carrier's shipping company for any claims arising from transportation.
